Haselbury W.I doesn’t use North Perrott Village Hall but ladies from North Perrott are very welcome to join.
They meet at St Michaels and All Angels church in Haselbury on the first Wednesday of every month at 7:30pm.

Haselbury Plucknett Women’s Institute, Registered Charity no 227699
Since the closure of North Perrott WI, ladies from North Perrott have been welcomed at Haselbury WI.
Haselbury Plucknett Women’s Institute is a small friendly WI enjoying a variety of entertaining and informative speakers, activities such as craft workshops, cream teas, cheese and wine evenings. We often join in with other local WI activities and outings where sometimes partners are invited. At national level the W.I lobbies the government on issues important to our members and at county level many activities and interests are catered for, so there is something to interest everyone.
Please note that for the winter, when the clocks go back we will be switching to afternoon meetings from 2.30 to 4.30 so please note in your diaries that from our November 5th meeting to the March 2026 meeting it will be afternoons only.
December 3rd meeting we made Christmas wreaths under the expert tutelage of Pauline Bailey. Keith Mayes had provided all the necessary greenery from the gardens in the village! Plenty of tea, cake and wine was consumed!
At our January 7th meeting, we had a talk from Amanda Bell from the Ark@Egwood, an amazing community charity based between Merriott and Lopen providing a safe and inclusive space for anyone with social, emotional and mental health support Well worth finding out more.
February 4th we are having the Dorset and Somerset Air ambulance showing us CPR and defibrillator training. If you wish to join us, please could you ring Lesley or Gill first as space is limited.
If you would like find out more of what we will up to this year, there are some great speakers and we are a very friendly small group so think about joining us.

If you are new to the area (Haselbury, North Perrott and beyond) being a member of Haselbury Plucknett WI gives you an opportunity to enjoy yourself and make new friends. Ladies of all ages are welcome and we would be very pleased to see you at one of our meetings where a warm welcome awaits you.
